Application:

Inflex BHD quattro is designed for transporting liquids in heating, sanitary installations and district heating systems.
Pipe consists of four carrier pipes: two pipes for heating (flow and return), one pipe for sanitary hot water and one pipe for circulation. They are insulated with flexible EPE foam and enclosed in an external HDPE corrugated pipe. A multilayer layer of elastic insulation provides excellent thermal insulation over a wide temperature range. Insulation’s closed-cell structure prevents water absorption and water vapour permeability.
Due to high impact resistance and mechanical strength it can be buried in the ground and is suitable for areas where there is a risk of mechanical damage. The external layer is resistant to oil, corrosion and most chemicals.
The materials used and the construction of the pipe allows high flexibility, small bend radius and easy handling.
