RIL-PA6-HB (-P) SELF-EXTINGUISHING CORRUGATED CONDUIT FOR ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
Mechanical strength: 320N (light) 2
Impact resistance: 1,0 kg/100mm (light) 2
Temperature range (application, installation):
from -25°C to +120°C (Intermittent +180 °C) 4 4
Flexibility: pliable 2
Flammability: self-extinguishing HB (Ul94)
Material: polyamide 6 mod. (Pa6)
EU Designation (EN 61386-1): 22442
Application:
Conduit designed for cable protection in building, industrial applications and automotive wiring systems. Recommended for installations and places with an increased risk of fire hazard (wooden constructions, lofts, garrets, etc.) and tightened security against toxic chemical compounds (halogen free). Highly flexible, it can be used in places not easily accessible. It ensures high strength and resistance to mechanical factors. Smooth inner profile enables easy cable installation and replacement in long sections. Conduit is available in versions:
– standard (RIL-PA6-HB)
– with a guide pin: a wire to facilitate drawing conductors into (RIL-PA6-HB-P).
Conduit is available longitudinally cut on request.
Characteristics of material:
Free from halogen, phosphorus and cadmium, self-extinguishing/flame retardant, high-bending and crack resistance, well balanced elongation and elasticity behaviour as well as high abrasion-resistance, high tensile strength, high impact strength, very large thermal resistance, resistance to the most of chemical compounds.
Materials: PA6.6, PA4.6, PA11, PA12 available on request.
